Thank you for purchasing from us.

We do not offer refunds, we offer store credit to be used on future purchases.

Return Policy:

• Returned items must be new, unworn, and unwashed with all tags attached.
• Returned Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box.
• Returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of the date you receive your order. 
• Returned items will be issued a refund in the form of an electronic gift card.

The following are nonreturnable items:

• All Clearance Items
• All Accessories
• All Intimates
• All Jewelry

If you return a non-returnable item, the item will be disposed of. Store credit will not be issued. No exceptions.

Defective Items: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received Defective merchandise, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving the product.
